We have established a return policy to ensure a smooth process for returning items. Please review the following guidelines:

Order Returns


a) Requests for returns must be made within a maximum of 30 days from the original delivery date of your order.

b) The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was delivered. The product should not have been used, modified, installed, or marked in any way.

c) Please note that the money-back guarantee does not apply to clearance items or special orders.

d) Once we have received the items and verified that they meet the above conditions, we will process your refund. Please note that applicable fees will be deducted.

e) We cannot accept return requests without pictures of the items and their actual condition.

f) If the item is damaged or defective, we may reduce or reject the return accordingly.

Notification and Processing Time

Within 2 business days from when we receive the items with your refund information, we will send you an email confirming such and asking for any additional information (if necessary). You will receive your refund back to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the item and complete information required.

Exchange Option

You may also opt to receive store credit or exchange the item for one of similar value, or pay the difference if there is one.

Return Fees:

For all return requests, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.

Please note that the entire order must be returned in its entirety. Every piece of the order you received must be returned. Partial refunds are not available for flooring products or pallet orders.
