We engaged JPF for an issue we were having with a slippery pool tile surface. They found a good solution, and applied the treatment on time with no issues. The treatment has made a big difference in the grip we experience with the wet pool tiles, preventing slips. And the treatment had no impact on the appearance of the tiles. Our experience with JPF company has been extremely positive. Jarrod was very helpful and understood exactly what we needed and came up with a few options for replacing our old floor. As the manager, Jarrod knew what work is involved, how long this project would take and the approximate initial price estimate during his introduction visit at our home. Throughout the whole interaction from start to project completion, Jarrod was very approachable, polite, responsive and you could tell he has a lot of experience in flooring business.
Once we confirmed the details and timeline, Jarrod coordinated with his crew and on a short notice, 3-4 days, JPF started the project. The installation crew was fantastic, the double Chris team or Chris^2 🙂 we called them, were really pleasant to have in our home. They always had big smile and warm personality and were so quick and professional during the whole installation. They removed the old floor surface, installed the new floor, cleaned up after the work was done. At the end we felt like we moved into a brand new house. Couple of our neighbours came over to see the floor and got also interested in getting their floors replaced.
